Developer reveals once again their contempt for Amherst residents, the Town's Master Plan, the
Planning Department and Traffic Safety Board.

Read the latest efforts Benderson is using to attempt to win
support of the uninformed residents of Amherst:

 1. EXPENSIVE 8 by 10 glossy mailing to Amherst residents of
     their fantasy proposal. NOTE: They are so proud of
     project, but did not put their name on it.

 2. Another letter from the Chamber of Commerce expressing
     their needed support of members. Does not matter that
     some live in Pennsylvania...and many are expecting financial
     gain.

 3. Sold their propaganda to Sam Hoyt, who injected himself
     into our politics, even though he is not from our area. 

 4. This is an actual map of the strip "park" and the adjacent
     property. Another example of the developer's misinformation
     and mischaracterization.

The informed citizens of Amherst and our Town Board know the truth.
This is simply not the area for commercial development. This  project
would destroy an area  of our Town that was never meant to be a
Niagara Falls Blvd. or Transit Rd.
